چکیده
Introduction: Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux Disease is one of the most common conditions needing an endoscopy evaluation. The evaluation this condition also needs 24-hour pH-monitoring and oesophageal manometry, but in reality, these investigations are not easily available cumbersome. Methodology: We used Hill’s classification for gastro-oesophageal flap valve objectified reflux present. were able to objectively assess findings during mainly Flap Valve using Classification correlate its grade with presentation disease possible treatments outcome. Inference conclusion: find tool be easy perform interpret as compared more cumbersome complex pH monitoring Oesophageal Manometry. With our study we wish encourage use all endoscopies done disease. Word Caution: Investigations like Manometry can reserved select cases that may either need further or have rule out functional oesophagus motility disorders.
